Introduction: Why Frailty Education Matters

As a GP with extensive experience in community hospitals, general practice, and out-of-hours services, I understand the challenges of training carers in the complexities of frailty. This Train the Trainer workshop is designed to equip trainers with the necessary knowledge, resources, and interactive tools to confidently deliver high-quality frailty education to domiciliary care teams. My workshops focus on improving outcomes through simple, actionable insights that enhance care quality, reduce unplanned hospital admissions, and promote independence. Trainers will leave with a structured framework for delivering frailty education within their own organisations.
