I’m Chair of the Community Hospital Association, a GP with a special interest in frailty and dementia, and the founder of Home Visit Healthcare, a private GP service offering home visits, assessments, and frailty-focused consultancy.

​

I also lead Upskill for Frailty , an education programme supporting care agencies, carers, and managers to improve confidence and reduce avoidable hospital admissions.

​
